What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name and email address, plus any phone number, unit and message you choose to include. When you ask for resident portal access, we also store your unit, whether you are an owner or a resident, and a securely hashed password. Your password is never stored in readable form.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your message, to check and manage portal access, and to send building notices to approved members. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers.

Cookies

The site sets one essential sign-in cookie when you sign in to the resident portal. It keeps you signed in and is removed when you sign out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded Google Maps may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, rate limits and access controls. Building documents are only available to approved residents who have signed in.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time through the contact page. Please note that Florida law may require the association to keep certain official records.
