360 Building Inc., A Condominium, is a residential building at 360 Meridian Avenue in Miami Beach. You will know it by the white walls, the balconies stacked up its sides and the palms along the curb. Parking sits under the building at street level.

Where is 360 Building?
We are at 360 Meridian Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. There is a map on the Contact page.
How do I get access to the resident portal?
Choose Resident portal at the top of any page, then Register. Fill in your name, unit and email. Each request is reviewed by hand, and you will get an email once your account is approved.
I forgot my password. What now?
Open the sign-in window and choose Forgot password. We will email you a link to set a new one. The link works once and expires after an hour.
Where can I find the rules, minutes and budgets?
In the Documents section, sorted by category. Sign in with an approved resident account to see them.
How will I know about meetings and events?
Everything goes on the Events page, with the date, time and location. The next few events also show on the home page.
Who do I contact about a maintenance issue?
Send a message from the Contact page and choose Maintenance request, or use the details on the Management page. In an emergency such as a fire or gas leak, call 911 first.
What are the rules on pets and renting?
Those rules are set by the building's governing documents. Look under Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations in the portal, or ask management before you make plans.
